FAQs
EA vs. CPA vs. preparer — which is right for me?
Choose based on relevant experience, active credentials, agreed services and representation needs. EAs, attorneys and appropriately licensed CPAs have unlimited practice rights before the IRS; other preparers may have limited or no representation rights. No credential is automatically the best choice for every taxpayer.
Can you work 100% remotely?
We offer virtual appointments and in-person appointments at our Zephyrhills office, 5243 Gall Blvd Suite 4, Zephyrhills, FL 33542. Confirm the location, availability and included meeting schedule before traveling. Use the designated client portal for sensitive documents.
Do you offer flat pricing?
Request a written quote stating the included returns, states and services, billing terms and how additional work or changed facts will be priced. Confirm the scope before work starts; a package label alone does not eliminate every additional charge.
Can you help with IRS notices?
With appropriate authorization for the relevant matters and periods, we can evaluate notices and available responses. Payment plans, penalty relief and offers in compromise have separate eligibility requirements and depend on IRS decisions; acceptance or debt reduction is not guaranteed.

Before filing begins, review the IRS guide to preparer credentials and confirm the provider’s experience with your situation. Keep a list of missing records, ask about unexplained draft figures and retain copies of your completed return. Filing and later notice responses may have separate responsibilities and fees.
